Is it illegal to download (torrent) a pc game that you already own but lost the CD for?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Your question is the same as "if I lost my DVD I bought, can I download an illegal copy of the DVD?" Same situation and same answer. Downloading illegal copies is illegal. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
