Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Washington
Wrote and illustrated a childrens book back in 1978. Wrote copy right info. inside. Had a sample copy made and was offered to sell for 51% but did not. Now I see people are using my characters and even the name of my book Pillow Pals. Anything I can do about that?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. You may be able to sue for copyright infringement. But a full review of all facts and circumstances, including how you copyrighted your book, is necessary. Consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
