Re: Legal

First problem here is that names are the subject of trademark, not copyright. This means that, unlike copyright (which has single-country filing under the Berne Convention that gives effectively world-wide rights), you are dealing with a national system except for the European Union. Trademark prosecution is much more expensive than copyright, so you should pick only those countries where you would expect to have significant sales of your products. A registration in the U.S. will give you rights only within this country.

Best wishes,

Before anything else, thanks for writing me at LawGuru.com

For that, you must get registration at several offices because doesn't exists a 'only' office register. If you can, you may get resgitration at different countries where you want put your product.

You may visit www.uspto.gov and www.wipo.org

Any doubt or another question, let me know it please.

Thank you very much for visiting me at LawGuru.com
