Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Washington
Is personal sovereignty covered by filing a CCU 1 form? Or is it UCC 1 form?I know it can be added to my drivers license and a type of immunity prevails.

First, this was filed under Juvenile Dependency but appears to have nothing to do with it. If, however, you are involved in juvenile court regarding your children, reliance on these ideas will at best be a distraction. You would be much wiser to find an experienced and aggressive attorney.
However, I would direct you to Larry Becraft's DESTROYED ARGUMENTS page. Your mention of "sovereignty" and "UCC 1" and that you "know" suggests you may have gotten some bad information.
Finally, as you can see from Mr. Becraft's materials, a number of people have caused themselves significant troubles, including jail time, by buying into some of these arguments. I would therefore urge you to exercise caution before listening to various people who think they know something. As you read his materials on this and other of his webpages, you will find he is a good source, and one who recognizes the value of liberty and the danger of uncontrolled government to that liberty.
