Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

Cameras in the Workplace

I work in a union shop. My supervisor has used cameras to ''follow''me during my workday. Both of us work in the maintenace department. The cameras are there for trouble shooting on the equipment for recuring repairs. My supervisor is now using the tapes of me for disciplinary actions. Is this legal? All people pass through a guard shack requiring employee ID to enter so the entire building is not open to the public.
