Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
contract with my employer
If I signed a contract with my employer that only uses masculin pronouns, and I am female, can I claim the contract is invalid since it does not apply to me as a woman?

No, probably not. Though some contracts specifically state that masculine pronouns include feminine pronouns, it's generally understood that they do in any case, unless the presumption that you were male was otherwise material to the contract. (And there are not many cases where that would be legal.)
