Former Employer Threats

At my last job, my employer made an indirect threat toward me (indirect because there were others present). What kind of retaliation can I take now that I am no longer at the company?

Re: Former Employer Threats

It depends entirely on the type of threat. For example, if the threat was related to illegal discrimination, you can file a discrimination complaint and/or a lawsuit. If, on the other hand, the threat could be considered criminal, you can contact the prosecutor's office of your county.

If you want to give me some more information, you may write to me confidentially at [email protected].
