Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

My employer keeps withholding CA state income taxes from my paycheck. I live and work in WA state. What legal recourse do I have?

Ask your employer to show you the law that requires withholding of taxes that you, as a non-resident of California, do not have to pay or file California income tax returns for. If your employer can't show you such a law, ask for the refund to you of all income taxes that were wrongfully withheld.
