Hard working American

I work for a company for the last 8years. Before i quit i had 94hr vacation paid. Now the company is tell me becouse i quit i can't get my vacation hour paid. is it fair or right the company to denie me?

It's unlikely that it's either fair or right.

Did you have a contract? If so, what did the contract say about leave?
