Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
Is there a law that my company has to abide by concerning commission payment? My employer has failed to pay correct commission on over 21,000 of sales over the last nine months. What is the statute of limitations on suing for money owed?

Employee compensation claims have special provisions to protect the employees, including provisions for collecting attorney fees from the employer where there is willful non-payment. The particular circumstances of your situation will determine what provisions of the law are available to you. I have 34 years of experience in the field if I can be of assistance to you.
