Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

I am looking for a lawyer that can possibly help me with a wrongful termination lawsuit. I was terminated for a cell phone policy. I had to go through a hearing with unemployment and won my case. The judge stated that I did not violate the cell phone policy since I stated that I was not on my cell phone but listening to music on my IPOD. I would like to discuss the situation further and see if this is a case I can proceed with. There are other issues that were involved with this employer as well.

Thank you.

Stella S.

If you will contact me, I will be happy to set up an evaluation meeting at no charge to discuss the case with you. Please be prepared to bring what documents and other materials that you may have which relate to the employer and your termination with you. I have been working with wrongful termination clients for most of my 35 years of law practice. (206)624-6761. [email protected]
