Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
Mty employer has repeatedly not paid me and doesn't have any time fram for when i will recived my check fo rtime worked.Can I sue him for this.
Please also note, that he pays himself each pay period and our entire shop has not been paid - what about a class action?

You should contact an employment lawyer soon. If employees are not paid for time worked by a certain period of time after that work has been done, the employer can be sued.
