Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
Obligation of US Govt as an Employer
I am in the Civil Service. The two supervisors above me, occupying very sensitive and important positions, have committed multiple ethical violations, have no integrity, are dishonest and the organization leadership is about to learn about this. What is the duty of the organization in a situation like this?

The organization should charge them with violations and provide a hearing (everyone deserves due process).
You, personally, have the right to file ethics violations complaints and/or whistleblower complaints against the supervisors.
Take care,
