Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
My questions is:
A male employee walked up to me and said " I want to show you something".
He opened a magazine, and showed me a total body shot of a nude woman laying on her stomach.
He said to me, as we were standing at my counter, in the department store where we work, "look you can see her nipple."
Does this fall under employment sexual hassarment?
Please contact me at (425) 894-1285 or at [email protected].
Thank you for your time.

Horribly bad taste? Yes. Sexual harassment? Maybe.
Is this an isolated incident or an ongoing pattern? Would he likely have done the same with a male employee, or did he single you out as a female employee for this conversation? Was this behavior meant to make you feel uncomfortable or was he just thoughtless?
I would suggest that you speak with an attorney about this in a little more depth. An attorney can also give you direction about the best next step, which will vary depending on how large your employer is, whether this individual is a supervisor of yours, and many other things.
I know you have placed your phone number in the posting, but it is a general posting, not to any one attorney specifically. Therefore, I am concerned that I might be in violation of the ethics rules that prohibit solicitation if I phone you or email you to follow up. I hope you will feel free to contact me, however, if you wish to discuss this further.
