Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

I have signed the below the contract through online with my employer. meaning i didnt sign it by hand infront of witness. I was given a web page to click "Agree" button for this.

Below is the statement in the contract:

I agree that for a period of six (6) months following the termination of my employment with XYZ for any reason, I will not:

a. accept any offer of employment from any XYZ's custome with whom i have worked.

b. accept any offer of employment from a Named Competitor of XYZ, if my employment with such Named Competitor would involve me having to work with a XYZ's customer.

Could you please let me know, according to the Washington state law XYZ can take action on me if i join XYZ's customer organization?

XYZ is a india based company having customers here in US. I am an India based employee temporarily working here in XYZ's customer organization and i signed the contract through website when i was here in Washington state.

The entire agreement that was accepted by you would have to be reviewed and then additional information about the job's terms and conditions would have to be provided after determining what exactly the agreement stated. Any evaluation of the agreement would have to be based on an exact situation to be meaningful, and not on speculation.
