No Tire Chalks

My semi rolled into me causing 17 broken ribs and callapsed lung with a broken clavicle...my company is self insured and they are taking good care of me, The state of washington L&I cited them for not having tire chalks on the truck for saftey measures, leaving this up to mechanicle or human error..I am back at work,will the co. insurance settle with me or do i have legal options?

In addition to a worker's compensation claim you may have a claim against third parties (for damages above and beyond the worker's compensation remedy).
