Union Non representation

Can unions be sued by their members for non-representation? If not, what are the alternatives?

What do you mean by "non-representation"?

Refused to negotiate on behalf of the workers with the employer? Refused to include some members of the bargaining unit in the contract? Refused to pursue your grievance? The answers to each of these scenarios is very different and there are other possibilities as well. Please post again with information that is a little more specific, and I'll try my best to answer.
