Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
w-2
my previous employer is in washington state and has not sent me my w-2. they say they are not done with them yet. what can I do about it and how do i file my taxes

Your employer is in violation, but I'm not sure to whom a complaint is made. I'd start by calling Employment Security in Olympia and asking them.
