Wrongful Termination?

I was in a car accident and was not working as per doctor's note. However, my boss called on a Friday note and fired me. Does she have any right to fire someone who is on medical leave?? Furthermore, she said it was because she is switching to full-time only staff, however, 3 other PT workers were not fired.

It depends on some factors, like how long you were there, whether you had seniority, how long you'd been on leave, and etc.
