Wrongful termination
I am a sales rep for a large technology company. I was recently placed on a Performance Review for lack of revenue performance. I have 30 days to meet my revenue goal in addition to other things. This is the first warning I received. My territory was cut 3 times by my mgr and given to peers. These accounts were very lucrative and helped them acheive their goals. In the event I am terminated do I have a case? My mgr. has defamed me in front of my peers. She has defamed others in a sexual way. Help!

Why do you think you territory was cut? Do you believe that you are a victim of discrimination or there are other underlying reasons? What was the nature of the defamation? Is there a written contract or are you an at will employee? Please contact me directly (619) 222-3504
