3-day pay or vacate
its been the 3days and no reply on notice. we seen them take the notice off there door the first day. but sence then nothing, they wont answer phone or answer door. whats the best action now.
(we live right next door)

If the only thing you did was post a notice on the door, you need to start over. When you post you must also mail two copies, one certified, return receipt requested and one regular first class.
RCW 59.12.040.
This is not do it yourself law. You might consider getting a lawyer to help you. If you cannot afford that then consider talking to your tenants and bargaining for them to leave in exchange for not evicting them.
