my daughter's living with us

We are living in a rental house in Bonney Lake on a month to month. My daughter is 16 and started staying with me and my boyfriend.The landlord saw her there and said she could visit in the daytime but couldn't stayover nite. My ? is, since she's only16 ,can the landlord tell me that my daughter is not allowed to sleep there ?With her being under age and my daughter.

Landlord is prohibited from discrimination based on family status, such as having a child. If he persists, you can complain to the Washington State Human Rights Commission in Olympia about his actions. You cannot be evicted because your child lives with you, because that is discrimination based upon family composition (having a child).
