Re: homeless??????
Your uncle is not your landlord (if I am reading this correctly). He is a co-tenant, and as such does not have standing to evict you.
If you are both on the lease you are jointly and severally responsible to comply with the terms of the lease. The major term is the duty to pay rent.
Your lease obligation runs from you to your landlord and vice versa, not from you to your uncle.
So the short answer is that your uncle cannot tell you to leave because he isn't the landlord.
There is no way to terminate a lease on ten day's notice, either, unless everybody agrees.
Hope this helps. Elizabeth Powell
