Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington
I am a landlord in spokane and I got 50.00 for a application and background fee. The teneant are saying that I have to give it back to them along with any deposit comming back, they said it is lawRCW59.18.253. Is this correct, thanks, John
