Insofar as, since wa is a community property state, marital assets are shared, should u enter into a contract (such as a lease) by yrself, if u r sued and a there is a judgment against u, such assets can be used to satisfy the judgment. If husband lives in leased property he could be sued thru the theory of unjust enrichment (but this is unlikely)
