Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington

neighbours

Our neighbour is a renter of a two bedroom home and has 8 other people living with him currently. The landlord doesn't seem to care. The tenant lets transients live there for extended periods of time. The people living there is always changing. He currently has a camper in his front yard with a family in it. Is this legal?

Re: neighbours

Depends on the municipal/county rules about campers. It is OK in some places, not in others. If the neighborhood has CC&Rs, that could disallow the driveway camping.

Nothing in your facts suggests there is a nuisance going on. You don't mention noise or traffic suggestive of drug dealing, just lots of people.

Have you talked with the owner? He may be oblivious. If you care, he might take an interest. Pictures would probably help.
