Do I have to except rent on a 3 day pay or vacate?

3 day notice pay or vacate was given but it will take 5 because of weekend to I have to except rent? I want tenant out because what they are doing to my house..and of course not paying for 2 months now they are calling wanting a address to mail to ( when they have it all along in there lease) do I have to except or acknowledge them before the the end of the 3 days?

Every action pursuant to the RLTA requires good faith. If you give a 3-day notice and then refuse to accept rent that can be a defense to your action. You need to provide an address where rent should be paid.
