Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington
Sale of house - Tenant Rights
My landlord is going through the process of selling the house that we are renting in Everett, WA. We signed a lease that doesn't end for 5 more months. Do we really have to deal with people coming over everyday to see the house, invading our privacy?

The RLTA provides that your landlord can show the place to future tenants on 24 hours notice - arguably, not future purchasers.
Seems to me that you might want to negotiate an accord and satisfaction and move up the date of the end of the lease - in exchange for some money - to compensate you for the breach of the covenant of quiet enjoyment.
You could negotiate this with your landlord. Hope this helps. Powell
