i was scamed into paying the rent and deposit for a house that the perso was not supposed to be renting i moved all my stuff in now im being told by the real owner that i have today to get my stuff out what do i do do i have to leave i e nowhere to go i used all my money

Can't do a "leave now" under the law. Can, however, do a "leave now" under the theory that the guy is literally forcing you from the home. Even evicting a trespasser requires notice, request to leave, and resort to the unlawful detainer proceeding.
