Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington

I signed a 12 month lease with my daughter. When it was up my daughter continued living in the apt. but I did not. She paid monthly at a higher rent with no lease for a few months and eventually signed a 3 month lease on her own. Am I still liable for that apt. lease and/or damages etc.?

Since she has signed a new lease/rental agreement without you on the agreement and without your signature you are not liable on the lease.
