Re: tenant not on lease

The landlord can raise the rent upon proper notice with no reason whatsoever. The landlord can give a tenant a 10-day notice to comply to the tenant requiring the tenant to get rid of the guest. If the tenant does not comply within 10 days, then the landlord could evict the tenant.

Hope this helps. Powell
