tenant rights?
after 2 weeks of no shower, due to septic materials leaking from the ceiling above the bathtub/shower, can I break lease? also, am I entitled to any sort of reimbursement? what steps can I take after sending the landlord the appropriate documents according to Wa State Attorney General Landlord/Tenant rights pamphlet?

First, WRITE your landlord and send it certified and say what you said here.
Second, send a copy of the letter and your lease agreement to the County Building and Land Use Department.
Write a cover letter to the Department asking for them to inspect pursuant to RCW 59 18 085 and 110.
They have to issue a report within five days. Once you have the report IF the report says the place is uninhabitable, then ask for relocation from your landlord.
If the inspection has all ready happened and you have all the docs, ask the county to front you the money so you can move.
