Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Washington
If you know that a public servant (arraignment clerk) that is a class mate, has done an unauthorized background check on you and is now spreading rumors about you in the school that you attend, do you have any legal recourse against that person? And if they are also having an affair with one of the instructors is there any thing that can be done?
