can i keep my 30% of my ex husbands military retiement if i remarry?

Generally, the retirement is treated as an asset not income and its distribution is not affected by remarriage. What does your decree say about how it is distributed. How it was characterized and described and how it was ordered to be distributed may affect the answer.
