Legal Question in Military Law in Washington

Lease Termination
After 6 years of service my wife is chaptering out of the military due to pregnancy. We have 5 months left on our home lease, and havechosen to move back home to be near family. She was active duty when we signed the lease. I know the new law allows termination due to PCS orders, but makes no mention of separation or discharge. Is there any way out of this lease?

Separation orders are PCS orders. The lease clause still applies. Best of luck with your transition.
