mine was in 2003 june but i tryed to fill out claims and wait I never heard any thig and know I don't have the number for the file number but i know when where and what cops where there I even tryed using this web sit an the lawyer one,but i don't know if they are doing any thing either this was last year?

Your question is hard to understand and ambiguous. I would recommend using punctuation and complete sentences if you wish to communicate what you mean.
Having said that, IF you are asking how you can sue someone for having hurt you in an accident, the answer is that you can't. There is a 3-year statute of limitations and the SOL ran in June, 2006. (The same would of course apply to anyone wishing to sue you if you were at fault.)
