Auto Injury
My pip is exhausted. Will I be required to pay back my insurance, and costs be taken out of settlement amount? Do all attorneys take 1/3 from total gross and why not from out of pocket expenses, minus medical expenses.

It is to your advantage to hire a Personal Injury lawyer to help you. The PIP carrier gets reimbursed but not 100 % in Wa. They get back a prorata share after deducting your attorney's fee percentage from their total amount owed. If you have no lawyer, you have to pay them back 100%.
