Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Bit into bone in fast food-injured tooth

I bit into a bone in a fast food item & it split my canine tooth all the way up above the gum line. I lost 1/3 of my tooth and now must have a tooth implant. That involves removing the remainder of my tooth and having a medal ''cylinder'' much like a screw placed in my jaw bone. If there are no problems, it takes 2-3 surgeries and 8 months for this process & will cost $6,000+. I have the receipt, the ''bone'' I bit into and my Mom was with me when it happened. I filed a claim & the Ins. Co. admits ''negligence'' and made an offer today that I feel was way too low. Any ideas on what figure might be a fair offer?

Very difficult to say what a fair offer would be until the procedure is performed and you have a better idea how you are going to live with this injury. Happy to discuss over the phone when convenient for you--just give me a call. Thanks!
