Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

broken left foot

I fell on jan 29 2008 breaking my left foot at my school. The parking lot had not been shoveled, sanded or salted. It had snowed alot the night b4. I may need surgery. my contract with my school states ending date of 8-10-08. i will be out of school for aleast anther 6 weeks. I need 1800 hrs to graduate i am only half done and the cost of tuition beyond my contract will be hudge
