Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Cab Driver

We had an accident with a cab driver in Seattle. He was at fault (police came). We have a pretty bad damage on our brand new car. Yet, we can not get a hold of his claim company. What are the legal measures to make the cab claims dep. call us back after 5 messages?? I have heard from the insurrance comissionary, what is it??

I think you need a personal injury lawyer's letter to the cab company and its insurer to get some activity on it.
