Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

My car was parked in a parking spot outside the bar I work in. While I was on shift, a fight broke out in the parking lot. My car was scratched significantly down the side. I do not want to contact my insurance company and have my insurance go up. Who involved in the fight should I sue? I actually witnessed the fight with my own eyes, as did 2 other witnesses. Are they all responsible? can I sue just one of them?

Whoever physically started the fight is responsible. Unless they agreed to fight and then both are responsible. You should be successful in small claims court. Go to your local courthouse and they'll tell you/give you forms on how to do it.
