My father had an auto accident in January '05 which he was at fault. They lady he struck is now suing my Mother & Father and the marital community composed thereof. The suit was filed on August '07. My father died in May '06. Does the lady still have the right to sue my my Mother even though my Father is deceased and the suit was filed after his death?
