In the United States what is the duty of care that is owed to invitees, licencees and trespassers in a hotel or foodservice establishment.

The duty of care is different in each state, sometimes depending on stautory provisions and sometimes on the common law. It varies enormously from state to state. For the answer in a particular state youmust consult a lawyer who is licensed to practice in that stae.
