Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

what is next?

after giving the at fault auto inx company its' thirty days to settle along with written letter stating to settle w/in two weeks , guided by the 'standards for prompt investagtion of claims' for wash., what is the next step for me if they contiue to ignore me like they r doing now? i really need them to settle this claim so i can give this rental car up. i have had NO communications what so ever from them .
