Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

my husband and I were t-boned by a drunk driver in my 8 month old barnd new right off the show room floor suv that had 24 miles on it when i got it, it was fixed and cost 8,000 to fix it but its not the same any more ecause if i want to trade it in for something different the value of the car will go down due to the accident, can I sue her for a new car? Because if she had not made that stupid choice to drink and drive my car would of been fine.
