Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

what should Ido?

My situation has so many twists turns and u turns that I can't keep it short, I was hurt in an accident in Aug. I have been unable to work since then. I had short term Disability ins. and A job when all this happened. The clinic that I was trying to go to denied treatment because I didn't have cash money to pay up front for my treatment nor did I have the cash money to pay for the report that my HR dept and dissability ins. co required to get my benefits, keep my job, and most of all get the medical trewatment that I so desperately need. I still haven't been treated. I lost my job I can't get assistance throught the state because the Dr. I saw for a med. eval. stated my neck was fine.. I have a few problems with my neck, but its my back that is the problem. So how can the state determine my elegibility for assistance based on a body part that isn't the one that is keeping from working? Not only that, this Dr. isn't a specialist nor had I even seen him before that day. According to the social worker, I was to see the Dr. that originally started treatment before the huge ins. melt down happened. Any help would be outstanding because I amat the end of my rope....
