Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

i had an individual in the trunk of my car during a car accident. He left the scene before anyone came and is not even on record of being in my trunk. Hes tellin me his back hurts and they want my insurance information. should i give it to him or am i even legally responsible for him?

You could be liable. Lack of a record doesn't affect the rights and liabilities in most personal injury cases. The fact that he was in a trunk raises eyebrows though.
