Injuried at Physical Education

My son was playing a game of football/basketball that was part of his required participation in high school PE class . He broke his wrist Can I get re-imbursed for the medical expenses

When did the event occur? When you said that that was "required participation" did his grades depend on such participation?

First, I'm very sorry to hear about your son's accident and wish him a speedy recovery.

It's very likely that you can be reimbursed for the medical expenses and your son could be reimbursed for pain and suffering (however, any money he won would be put into a blocked account until he turned at least 18).

Your first step is to find the risk management office for the school and file a claim.
