Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

i had recently agreed to a settlement(verbally) but then i started to have symptoms related to my injury come back. i had cervical fusions. can i back out or do i have to accept the offer? the other attorney filed with the court to make me accept it.

It may help if you weren't represented by counsel when you verbally accepted the offer. If you've been injured, you shouldn't settle until you get a prognosis from a doctor about whether the injury will affect you for the rest of your life or not.

If you do have an attorney, you should be discussing these issues with your attorney, not on Law Guru.

Well, you should hire an attorney to hire these questions for you. It sounds like a matter that is important to you. A lot depends on the specifics of your agreement. I would not be telling anyone that you made an agreement and make it easier for them to prove.
