Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Liability release waiver

So my question refers to liability waivers in reference to skateboarding.

I'm a 23 year old male and I love to skateboard- everywhere. No feeling as good as finding a great new spot. But I am frequently asked to vacate premises, and almost always it's due to ''liability issues,'' which is a nice little phrase to cover prejudice.

But unfortunately, I can't argue it as it DOES make sense and it's their right.

So my question is: Is there any way to find a printable general liability waiver that is legally recognized and that I can carry on my person? Preferably for free, but said trait not being a stipulation.

I would love more than anything to open up my boundaries, but if nothing else, to see the facade unraveled for what it is.

Re: Liability release waiver

The most comprehensive liability waiver I ever read was for skydiving up in Snohomish County. The waiver was more intimidating than the skydiving. Drop by a skydiving business and grab one of their forms. You'll be close to having a waiver usable for your purposes. A little revision, by an attorney of course, and you should have your all situation waiver. The problem is that the homeowner hasn't talked to his lawyer so he doesn't know that your waiver is ironclad in his favor. He's still having to take your word for it.
